Tacoma City Hall since 1977; previously Rhodes Medical Arts Tower. Built 1930-1931 by John Graham & Associates. 17 stories.

Though my camera was precisely centered, the bottom of the photo appears asymmetrical; this is because the building is built on a hillside. The two sides of the entrance are of unequal length, as the sidewalk slopes upward to the right.
